Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "user") and Tiny Wins App ("we", "us", or "our") regarding your use of the Tiny Wins mobile application (the "App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the App.

Description of the Service

Tiny Wins is a journaling application designed to help users record daily achievements. Users can create text entries, select stickers, and record the date and time of their entries. The App is intended for personal use.

The App may evolve over time and new features may be added, modified, or removed.

User Content

The App allows users to create personal journal entries consisting of text and stickers. This content is stored locally on the user's device.

You retain ownership of the content you create. You are responsible for the content you record in the App and agree not to use the App to store or transmit unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.

Intellectual Property

All content provided by the App, including but not limited to software, design, graphics, stickers, and functionality, is the property of Tiny Wins App or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms of Use.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the App without prior written permission.

Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the App may require a paid subscription.

All purchases and subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's payment and refund policies. Tiny Wins App does not process payments directly.

Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal conditions will be displayed within the App before purchase.

External Links

The App may contain links to external websites, including the Tiny Wins website. These external sites are not operated by Tiny Wins App. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites.

Use of the App

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with the App's functionality or security
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Use automated tools to access or interact with the App

Changes to the App

We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of its features at any time without prior notice.

Disclaimer

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While reasonable efforts are made to maintain the App, we do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

Use of the App is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability
